In order to infiltrate a criminal organisation that has been kidnapping individuals and transporting them to Thailand, where the victims are slaughtered and their organs sold on the black market, an undercover Hong Kong police officer named Kit poses as a heroin addict in order to carry out his mission. Mr. Hung, the ringleader of the criminal organisation, suffers from an extremely uncommon heart ailment and has to have a heart transplant in order to extend his life. The younger brother of Hung might make an excellent donor for a heart.
When Hung orders his men to kidnap his brother, things quickly go awry, and a firefight breaks out between the kidnappers and the police. Kit had previously informed the authorities about the kidnappers’ intended course of action. During the gunfight, Hung’s brother gets hurt, but the police come to his rescue and treat his wounds. Kit, on the other hand, manages to flee with his captors, but his cover is exposed as a result of this.
Kit’s close buddy was murdered by Hung’s goons, and Kit himself was rendered unconscious before being sent to a prison in Thailand. The victims of the kidnapping have been kept alive in the prison by the chief warden, Ko Chun, who works for Hung. The victims will have their organs harvested once they are slain. Kit is relegated to serving out the remainder of his life behind bars.
