William Collins is a despondent adolescent kid who is now in the process of recuperating from self-harm and frequents online chatrooms. One day, he makes the decision to start a chatroom on his own, which he names “Chelsea Teens!,” and it is there that he meets Jim, Eva, Emily, and Mo. The reality show “Chelsea Teens!” does not explore any substantive topics; rather, it centers on the personal lives of the cast members as they converse with one another.
