18 Movies Like Darwin's Game

Kaname Sudou, a student in high school, is invited by a fellow student to participate in Darwin’s Game, a mobile game he has never played before but has now heard of. However, as soon as he starts the application, a green snake unexpectedly emerges from his phone screen and bites him on the neck, knocking him out and rendering him unable to move. The school instructs him to take the rest of the day off after he wakes up in the infirmary without showing any evidence of having been bitten by a snake. In spite of the fact that he is perplexed by what has occurred, he decides that the bizarre event must have been a hallucination and takes the train to return home.

Unfortunately, his natural inclination to explore everything around him wins out, and he utilises the application once more. Kaname heaves a sigh of relief and makes the decision to begin his first match as soon as he notices that the application seems to be exactly the same as any other fight game. The joyful surprise, however, is cut short as his adversary in the game suddenly materialises directly in front of him and makes an attempt to track him down with a knife. This puts an abrupt end to the happy surprise.
