His life’s work is to spread martial arts advantages to the contemporary world, both spiritually and practically. He tries a number of different approaches without success. A former Hong Kong soccer player known as “Golden Leg” Fung, is now confined to a wheelchair after being betrayed by a former teammate, Hung, who is now a wealthy businessman. Fung hears about Sing’s plans and agrees to help him out as a soccer coach. For his part, Sing offers to put up a soccer team with his former Shaolin brothers under Fung’s direction.

Sing and Fung is putting together a soccer squad that they hope would be invincible. Sing’s brothers finally agree to join the squad after many unsuccessful efforts. Fung sets up a scrimmage between the Shaolin Squad and a gang of thugs, who promptly beat the team to a pulp. All appears lost for the Shaolin pupils, but they revive and use their particular talents to dismantle the enemy team’s harsh play with relative ease. They finally give up and offer to join Sing’s squad. They are now a team of thugs.
