13 Movies Like Slither (2006)

A malicious extraterrestrial parasite with sentience arrives on Earth after being brought here by a meteorite. After invading the town of Wheels, South Carolina, the parasite infects affluent local Grant Grant, taking over his body and consuming his mind as it does so. As a result of the alien’s influence over Grant, he begins to mutate into a hideous monstrosity that is covered in tentacles.

In addition to this, he kidnaps a local lady named Brenda and infects her in order to use her as a breeder for his alien larvae. When his wife Starla starts to notice changes in both his appearance and his conduct, she becomes suspicious, which leads to Grant hitting her. Grant manages to get away just as the cops arrive to rescue Starla.
