28 Dramas Like Wilbur Wants to Kill Himself

When Wilbur leaves the hospital after having attempted suicide yet again, the staff asks his brother Harbour to let Wilbur move in with him. This happens after Wilbur leaves the hospital. The bookshop that their father bequeathed them is located right next door to the apartment that the brothers have shared since childhood. Wilbur works at a nursery since he has no interest in continuing the family business. Harbor runs the store and meets Alice there. Alice offers him books that she discovers while working as a housekeeper in a medical facility.

She goes to Harbour to give an explanation as to why she will not be returning after she gets fired for consistently arriving late for work. The proposal to marry that Harbour makes to Alice is in direct response to his brother’s recommendation that he “grab” women. The rehearsal dinner is conducted at an Asian restaurant, and during it, Wilbur has the opportunity to meet Sophie, an ex-work colleague of Alice’s from the hospital. The two begin to flirt with one another, but Wilbur is quick to distance himself from Sophie after she licks his ear. Following lunch, Wilbur returns home and later commits suicide by cutting his wrists while he is in the bathtub.
